We are seeking a Digital Systems Administrator to join our team at BAM Nuttall, where we are committed to delivering innovative solutions for a sustainable future. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital systems, ensuring seamless data capture and storage, and providing technical support to our team members.

As a Digital Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for our digital system and providing technical support to personnel as and when required
  • Maintaining our database and system to ensure it is up-to-date and secure
  • Ensuring all information and access are secured in accordance with GDPR guidance and regulations
  • Providing training in the use of our digital system across multiple fields, including time and attendance, delivery bookings, and site stock
  • Assisting our onboarding, site, and logistics teams whenever required
  • Feedback hardware and software issues or updates to our BIM Lead and Project Information Manager
  • Representing the company at internal and external meetings
  • Maintaining high safety and environmental standards in accordance with our company policies and reporting any inadequacies
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Experienced in managing large databases and administering access
  • Digital experience required to be capable in performing general digital duties, contributing to the development and deployment of our project's site digital data capture system
  • Able to manage site access/setups, training, inductions, and competencies through our digital system
  • Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR and Security legislation and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong ability to learn and develop
