- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- High level of discretion when working with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of being clear, concise, and precise.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take responsibility and accountability for work, ensuring matters are progressed independently.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a diverse team.
