Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the budget and contractual relationships of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Ensure all projects and sub-contracts are kept in line with programme and tendered budgets.
  2. Risk Management: Identify and weigh up all commercial risks.
  3. Financial Management: Manage budgets and oversee payment, ensuring all projects reach the correct standards.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI's, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role.
