We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the budget and contractual relationships of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Ensure all projects and sub-contracts are kept in line with programme and tendered budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify and weigh up all commercial risks.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and oversee payment, ensuring all projects reach the correct standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI's, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business.
- Additional Responsibilities: Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role.
- Company Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
- Company Values: Demonstrate and uphold Company values.
- Contract Reporting Experience: At least 2 years' experience in contract reporting.
