We are seeking a highly skilled Psycho¬logical Leadership and Development Specialist to lead our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per year.

In this key role, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision for psychologists and psychological therapists, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality care. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience in teaching, training, and professional supervision. They will also need to demonstrate expertise in research design and methodology, as well as complex multivariate data analysis.
