About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Support Assistant to join our team in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN or possess transferable skills that can be applied to this role.
  • As a Learning Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
