We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.

- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
