About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to young people aged 12-18 with diagnosed mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect and support the health of individual patients/residents
- Assess care and health education needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care, including discharge planning
- Under supervision, gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation, and teaching
- Take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff
- Adept a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service
Requirements
- Current NMC Pin registration - RMN, RNLD, RSCN
- Legal right to work in the UK
- CAMHs experience desirable
