Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen environment.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, food production, stock control and staff training.
- Involvement in menu compilation.
- Sole responsibility for kitchen costs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or above.
- Strong people and operational management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
