Job Title: Production and Repair Specialist

About the Role

As a Production and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing operations in accordance with engineering drawings and documents. You will assist in the development and production of Conformal Panels, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture of Conformal Panels
  • Ensuring quality non-conformances are logged and escalated to the Inspector/QA representative
  • Focusing on time delivery (OTD), ensuring delivery is made on time and to plan
  • Escalating blockers and issues to Layer Leader
  • Understanding and following Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH guidance
  • Ensuring 5S standards are met
Requirements
  • Ability to interpret a build pack
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Focus on customers
  • Time served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Level 2 BTEC or NVQ, ONC, City and Guilds Electrical or equivalent
