  • Set up connectivity to Santander's Snowflake enterprise data warehouse and AWS Athena data lake, ensuring efficient data integration and access.

Migration Activities:

  • Analyze existing business glossaries, metadata catalogs, and data connectors in EDC/Axon to define the scope of migration activities.
  • Develop a phased migration plan based on prioritization defined by Santander's project lead, ensuring a smooth and controlled transition.
  • Execute the migration process by exporting/importing existing content to the cloud or reconfiguring data connectors to rescan metadata.
  • Conduct thorough technical validations and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Provide ongoing support to users during the stabilization phase immediately following go-live, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Potential for contract extension as BAU (Business As Usual) support, ensuring continued system stability and performance.
