About the Role

Are you a skilled tradesperson with a passion for delivering exceptional maintenance services?

As a Maintenance Operative at Sykes Cottages, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of upkeep and repair for our managed services properties. This will involve resolving a diverse range of guest issues, maintenance situations, and repairs to provide unforgettable holiday experiences.

  • Paying a salary between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am-5.30pm (with a day off in the week)
  • Plus access to our annual STIP (annual company-wide bonus) scheme with an additional 10% of your salary
