Forensic Mental Health Nurse

As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse with The Priory, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders in a forensic setting.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse who can develop therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred care and contributing to patient assessments and care planning.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote effective care and communication.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to clinical governance frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with a flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.
- A comprehensive understanding of the National Health Service (NHS) and its policies.
