Jupiter Recruitment is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Forensic Mental Health Nurse to join our team in North London.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Southgate area.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders, developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement and contributing to patient assessments and compiling plans of care.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus enhancements for weekend and night shifts, and a range of benefits including free on-site parking, NMC payment in full, and enhanced maternity pay.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
  • Contributing to patient assessments and compiling plans of care
  • Working as a Primary Nurse/Care Coordinator for an identified group of patients
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication skills.

We prefer candidates with knowledge of the Mental Health Act, fine-tuned decision-making skills, and flexibility.
