Job Summary

The Clinical Occupational Health Team Manager will be a key member of the specialist community Early Intervention in Psychosis leadership team, responsible for caseload management and delivery of NICE-guided clinical interventions. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance with statutory training, annual appraisals, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local agencies, including Tier IV inpatient and specialist services, Mental Health Liaison Team, and home treatment team.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies between community services, wider mental health services, and other agencies.
  • Take lead action on complaints and reportable incidents, in accordance with Trust policies.
  • Contribute to and lead on the implementation of local and national objectives.
