Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of early years learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive early years curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition between home and school life.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our early years program, including curriculum design, assessment, and evaluation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A recognized teaching qualification with QTS (or equivalent) and relevant experience in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
- An unwavering passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of its importance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning.
