Job Description

The Wayman Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 6 teacher to join our team at a progressive school in North Ascot. As a Key Stage 2 Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for teaching the curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets, strengths, and weaknesses.

  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork and respect among students.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
