The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, and supporting the management team in their duties.

Responsibilities:

  • To implement and follow the EYFS framework to an exemplary standard
  • To support the management team in their duties
  • To engage with parents and carers
  • To carry out audits within the team

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
