Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the mechanical works on a large commercial development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct and subcontract mechanical workers, as well as specialist works such as air conditioning and ducting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementation of RAMS
* Hold toolbox talks and attend client meetings to ensure effective communication and project progress
* Manage a team of mechanical workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
* Liaise with the project manager to ensure seamless project delivery
**Requirements:**
* Strong supervisory skills and experience in mechanical engineering
* Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification
* Gold Skills and NVQs/City & Guilds in Plumbing & Heating or Heating & Vent
* Strong working knowledge of electrical works
