Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical systems on a large commercial development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct and subcontract mechanical workers, ensuring the implementation of RAMS on site, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the installation of mechanical systems, including air conditioning and ducting
* Ensure the health and safety of mechanical works on site
* Implement RAMS on site
* Manage a team of direct and subcontract mechanical workers
* Liaise effectively with the project manager

Requirements:

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification
* Strong working knowledge of electrical works
* Ability to manage a team and subcontractors

About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the UK, working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.

Project Overview:

The project is a large commercial development with a 12-month duration. The successful candidate will work 40-45 hours on site per week and have access to on-site parking.
