Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pipeline Integrity Specialist to join our team at Genesis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing input and expertise in the design of onshore pipeline systems at all design phases.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct and verify mechanical design calculations for onshore pipelines, manage the delivery of discreet packages of work, and develop and evaluate pipeline routes. Additionally, you will prepare design reports, technical notes, and pipeline specifications related to onshore pipeline installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct and verify mechanical design calculations for onshore pipelines during concept, pre-FEED, and FEED phases.
  2. Manage the delivery of discreet packages of work in line with project requirements.
  3. Develop and evaluate pipeline routes, including the preparation of routing reports and performance of crossing engineering.
  4. Prepare design reports, technical notes, and pipeline specifications related to onshore pipeline installation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum first Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline and CEng with 4+ years of relevant onshore pipeline design experience.
  • Previous experience in the planning, design, and engineering of onshore pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline construction methods.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Full command of the English language.
