We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to support children and young adults with complex needs in a large Multi Academy Trust across Cornwall.

This role involves working with students who require individualized learning support, including those with Autism, Mental or Physical disabilities, ADHD/ADD, Visual or Hearing disabilities, and severe and profound learning disabilities.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Recent experience working in a mainstream classroom or with children with special educational needs (SEN) in an educational setting.
  • A strong passion for enhancing the development of pupils.
  • An approachable and positive attitude.
  • Ideal experience with Team Teach training.
  • Confidence in working with small groups and 1:1.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in some cases.
