This is an exciting opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Conduct site visits to assess maintenance needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to maintenance personnel
  • Monitor and report on maintenance metrics and KPIs
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP PM and other maintenance management software
