Aspire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Adult Mental Health Specialist to join their team. In this rewarding role, you will support unemployed customers with mental health barriers to help them secure employment and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of customers with multiple barriers, including mental health conditions, disabilities, and substance misuse.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify customers' strengths, challenges, and training needs.
  • Develop SMART action plans, set achievable goals, and provide ongoing support to ensure customers remain on track.
  • Liaise with employers to find new job opportunities that match customers' skills and aspirations.
  • Offer in-work support for up to 6 months to customers who successfully secure employment.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record as an Employment Advisor or Job Coach with experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, employers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create SMART action plans and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
