About the Job

  • This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take on a leadership role and oversee a small team in a commercial environment.
  • As a Lead Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Office-based duties such as creating and managing schedules, overseeing subcontractor work, and maintaining records will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. On-the-tools mechanical bias planned and reactive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, HVAC, generators, etc.
  2. Office-based duties such as RAMS, rotas, overseeing subcontractor works, etc.
  3. Ensuring that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

">
  • Mechanical bias qualifications - C&G NVQ Level 3 minimum.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance / M&E mechanical bias building service roles.
  • CAN-DO ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO BE FLEXIBLE ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
