RoCHe Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic change across planning, process integration, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and service management.

This role requires strong leadership experience in complex manufacturing settings, with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement disciplines across multiple global manufacturing sites. You will have excellent people and organisational skills, with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation. A strong IT skillset is also essential.

The salary for this role is estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also receive a car allowance, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 25 days holidays in addition to bank holidays.
