Clinical Leadership Opportunity at Care New England Health System

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Practice Manager/Clinical Nurse Specialist (CPM/CNS) to lead our nursing team. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $170,000 per year.

About the Role:

This CPM/CNS will be responsible for assessing, planning, designing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating professional development and educational activities to address identified or anticipated needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, design, organize, implement, and evaluate professional development and educational activities
  • Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to partner for practice transitions, improve quality, safety, and outcomes of patient care

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in healthcare field required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred; Bachelors of Science in Nursing with work-in-progress toward MSN degree will be considered
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation computer software required
