Engineering Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of the Refurbishment division, you will oversee the preparation and delivery of large-scale modular installations in a busy workshop environment.

The successful candidate will supervise a team of multidisciplinary tradespeople, assisting in the planning and execution of modular installations. This involves ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards and industry regulations.

You will liaise with external contractors and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services. Your role also entails resolving on-site issues, maintaining a safe working environment, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

This varied role requires proven experience in managing construction trades, preferably with a strong background in carpentry. You should possess excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

A good knowledge of construction industry standards and proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment are essential. Experience in modular construction or kitchen installations is advantageous, as is familiarity with catering equipment and infrastructure solutions.
