We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promote independence using enabling approaches.

The ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You will support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals, and connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.

You will deliver personalised care through individual choice and control, being a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

This role is based in Croxteth, L11, and requires applicants to be based in Liverpool, UK. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated care team operating in this area.

  • Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules

Salary: £12.30 per hour, paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift, including mileage at 45p per mile.

Shift Patterns: Our working hours align to shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend work. You will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes alternate full weekends or every Saturday or every Sunday, and evenings as agreed within your working hours.
