Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to Branch Managers and Regional Trading Directors. Your role will involve auditing and reporting on branch health, safety, environmental, risk performance, and defining improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert guidance and support to Branch Managers and Regional Trading Directors on health and safety matters.
  • To conduct thorough audits and reports on branch health, safety, environmental, and risk performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • To investigate incidents and accidents, working with operational management teams to identify underlying causes and define actions to prevent recurrence.
  • To monitor the timely completion of improvement actions by Operational Management teams and others, identifying causes and supporting with appropriate actions.
  • To act as a subject matter expert on specific risk management issues.
  • To maintain and develop knowledge through continued professional development.
  • To contribute to developing branch management capability through coaching, training, and support.
  • To keep accurate records of work activities.
