Join our dynamic team as a Kumon Graduate and embark on a 3-month program designed to equip you with the skills, attributes, and confidence to become an effective Area Manager.

Program Overview

The Kumon Graduate Program is a strategic initiative that offers recent graduates a direct pathway to an Area Manager role. As a Kumon Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with our franchisees, develop recruitment and retention strategies, and improve the practice of the Kumon Method.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to franchisees in your area
  • Work strategically with colleagues and counterparts to deliver growth
  • Be a brand ambassador, protecting the integrity of The Kumon Method
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
  • Improve the practice of the Kumon Method
  • Analyze Instructor and student progress
  • Ensure continuous learning and development

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, 2:2 or above
  • At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English
  • A full UK driving license
  • The desire for a career in management
  • Passion for the education sector
  • Able to relocate for the first 6 months of the program
