Job Title: Hybrid Branch Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team as a Hybrid Branch Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for buying cars, ensuring the efficient running of your branch, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buying cars and negotiating prices
  • Conducting appraisals and closing deals
  • Liaising with the back office and work colleagues
  • Assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

  • Current full UK manual driving license
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
