Psychosexual Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Psychosexual Therapist to join our team at WhereToTalk.

  • Key Requirements:
    • A registered membership of UKCP or BACP and a membership of COSRT.
    • A core counselling/psychotherapy qualification.
    • The ability to work with various clinical presenting issues of different degrees.
    • Experience in envisioning and navigating the therapeutic process, managing clients' presenting issues with insight and experience.
    • Motivation and commitment to our client group and ongoing development.
    • Professional indemnity insurance covering worldwide online sessions.
    • High responsiveness to emails, referrals, and booking notifications, adhering to our policies and procedures.
    • Online scheduling system experience is preferred, but training and ongoing support will be provided.
    • Dedication to confidentiality and a solid understanding of UK GDPR principles.

Job Description Overview

This role involves working as a Psychosexual Therapist providing therapy to clients. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that cater to the needs of our client base.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certifications and memberships: Registered membership of UKCP or BACP and a membership of COSRT.
  • Education and Training: Core counselling/psychotherapy qualification.
  • Skills and Experience: Ability to work with various clinical presenting issues, envision and navigate the therapeutic process, manage clients' presenting issues, motivation and commitment to the client group, professional indemnity insurance, and dedication to confidentiality.
