We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Law Specialist to join our clinical negligence department at Fletchers Solicitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases from inception to trial, providing expert advice to clients, and contributing to proactive and commercial case management.

As a Senior Clinical Law Specialist, your primary duties will include identifying and driving cases that are ready for LOC, settlement, and service within the team, working with the team to ensure that relevant information is being collected and collated to enable the progression of the case, and managing a caseload in a proactive commercial manner. You will also be expected to assist lawyers and senior lawyers in the running of a caseload of clinical negligence cases, provide support and guidance to the team, and support the Team Leader/Head of Department in ensuring the delivery of the team's financial and performance KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience of handling a caseload, NQ- 5 years PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence, excellent organisational and time management skills, and excellent communication and drafting skills. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, life assurance policy, medicash policy, company sick pay, enhanced maternity, paternity and IVF schemes, flexible agile working environment, varied calendar of funded company social events, monthly voucher awards, and location flexibility.
