Programme Delivery Lead

Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement PMO strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of projects and programmes. Provide support in the day-to-day management of the PMO, coordinating and monitoring the progress of projects and programmes. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as a point of contact for project and programme stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Requirements
Extensive experience in project and programme management, ideally within a supervisory role. Relevant qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as APM (Association for Project Management) and PRINCE2, is highly desirable. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is also essential.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours, flexible start and finish times, or compressed hours, can be discussed.
