Loss Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in assessing claims and making recommendations to ensure that our customers receive fair and timely settlements.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake claims assessments in the field, gathering information and evidence to support recommendations.
- Make recommendations in line with customer propositions, product policies, risk strategy, and business strategy and performance targets.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and effective communication.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous Commercial Property experience and ideally be CILA qualified or progressing towards your CII qualification. Candidates with household claims adjusting experience may also be considered.
