Loss Adjuster

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for undertaking claims assessments in the field and making associated recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough claims assessments in the field to determine the extent of damage or loss.
- Make recommendations to customers based on the assessment, in line with customer propositions, product policies, risk strategy, and business strategy.
- Work with customers on a one-to-one basis to handle Commercial Claims, including all perils (excluding subsidence) up to £100k.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous Commercial Property experience is essential.
- CILA qualification or progression towards CII qualification is desirable.
- Candidates with household claims adjusting experience may also be considered.
