Job Description: We seek a skilled Medical Reception and Dispensing Assistant to support our team. This dynamic role involves processing prescriptions, responding to patient inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate service. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, perform administrative tasks, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide seamless care. Key responsibilities also include ordering supplies, updating records, and communicating effectively with colleagues. Furthermore, you will participate in audits as directed and remain up-to-date with the latest guidance to ensure compliance with regulations.
