Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Land Monitoring Surveyor to join our Subsidence Team within our award-winning Subsidence Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking regular level monitoring surveys on domestic and commercial subsidence claims. Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting level monitoring surveys on assigned portfolios
  • Working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve matters efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting results as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to manage and plan your own workload while delivering professional advice to claimants and insurers
  • A surveying qualification (e.g., BSc (Hons) Degree, HND in Surveying)
  • Experience in insurance claims handling (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • A good working knowledge of IT, Microsoft packages, and Apple apps
