Commercial Collector

We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting debtor's properties, arranging payment of outstanding debts, and providing support services when required.

• Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts
• Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements
• Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires
• Taking control of goods - when required
• Removing goods - when necessary
• Making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property
• Compiling short reports about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork
• Assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services - if required
• Liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases
• Working by yourself, often in different geographical areas each day
• Handling cash payments - where required

To succeed in this role, you will need a full clean driving license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including a company vehicle after 3 months, all expenses paid, and a £10 bonus per day during your training period.
