Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Commercial Collector to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for visiting debtor's properties, setting up repayment arrangements, and providing support services when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts
  • Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements
  • Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires
  • Taking control of goods - when required
  • Removing goods - when necessary
  • Making enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property
  • Compiling short reports about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork
  • Assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services - if required
  • Liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases
  • Working by yourself, often in different geographical areas each day
  • Handling cash payments - where required
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including a company vehicle after 3 months, all expenses paid, and a £10 bonus per day during your training period.
