**Educational Support Assistant Role**

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to ensure the effective implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), provide personal care and assistance to students with physical disabilities as needed, and assist students with their learning activities.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist students with learning activities and help manage their behaviour

- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) with teachers

- Provide personal care and assistance to students with physical disabilities as needed

**Requirements**

- Previous experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an educational setting

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner
