We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Tilia Homes, working from our Northern region and based across our North East Sites on a fixed-term basis of 18 months.
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the delivery of housebuilding projects to our company's high standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Service Delivery Meets Financial Targets: Managing the delivery of housebuilding projects to meet financial targets and operate within budget.
- Contract Reviews and Planning: Participating in contract reviews with Senior Management and Directors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Service Plan Development: Developing and deploying Service Plans and Key Work Objectives to meet ongoing and changing needs of stakeholders, clients, and customers.
- Client and Partner Relationships: Developing effective relationships with clients and partners to identify, propose, and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of contract.
- Organisational Development: Ensuring organisational development, staff, and other improvement plans are developed and deployed to maximise contract performance and financial return.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing and presenting performance reports to a board-level audience.
- Data Analysis: Analysing data for reporting to clients to inform strategic and operational planning and enable services to be delivered with specific outcomes.
- Workload Management: Ensuring plans and processes are in place to prioritise and delegate workloads to achieve contract objectives.
- Contract Sectional Plan: Producing and maintaining contract sectional plan and Key Work Objectives.
- Customer Relations: Developing customer relations to maximise perception of the business and maximise future commercial opportunity.
- Team Development: Developing a team, setting clear key objectives aligned with the Service Plan.
- Company Values: Ensuring service delivery reinforces Tilia Values and ensures alignment of change with Tilia vision and strategy.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience of achieving PFI contractual requirements, KPIs, and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables.
- Qualifications: Qualification or equivalent experience in facilities management for hard and soft FM services.
- Financial Management: Extensive knowledge of managing Profit and Loss accounts in a PFI environment.
