Job Description

We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in stellar astrophysics. The successful candidate will conduct research on asteroseismic modelling of single and binary pulsating massive stars using precise observational constraints from photometry and spectroscopy. You will work closely with Dr Dominic Bowman and the wider research group at Newcastle University.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience) and excellent technical skills in data analysis and interpretation. A track record of presenting research at conferences and publishing high-quality research outputs is also highly desirable.
