Project Coordinator Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Allround, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in defining project scope and deliverables, developing and maintaining project schedules and work plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring all project resources and timeframes are on track.
  • Track project performance and prepare regular status reports and update project dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction/engineering/manufacturing sectors, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes.
  • Excellent communicator with problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
