About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect skincare and beauty products to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized consultations to help them achieve their beauty goals.
  • Meet sales targets and stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a vibrant and supportive working environment.
  • Ensure the counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products.

  • A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to meet sales targets.
