Your key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients (on-sell and up-sell) and supporting the winning of new work by contributing to tender submissions and tender interviews.

* Managing projects to ensure profitability and compliance with Turner & Townsend management systems.

* Delivering CDM consultancy for our varied clients to support them in delivering their duties - this could be as PD and/or CDMA or wider.

* Overseeing construction project/programme H\u0026S - which could, for example, be as Site H\u0026S Advisor or setting the project H\u0026S Strategy, Policies and Processes.

* Carrying out H\u0026S performance/management diagnostic 'gap analysis' reviews, audits, etc., for clients (e.g. of their own operations or their projects or their supplier activities).

* Liaising, proactively and professionally, with SHQ, and wider Turner & Townsend, colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness, support others as needed and ensure consistency, quality and profitability of shared projects.

We are looking for a flexible individual who is able to understand the issues presented and adapt general methods and processes to meet the Client's/business needs. You will have good commercial acumen, good IT skills and competence in Microsoft Office suite to generate own reports and documents. Membership at some level of the Association of Project Safety is also required.
