KONE PLC, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, seeks an experienced Elevated Mobility Specialist to join its service department. This vacancy covers Peterborough, Cambridge, and up to Milton Keynes.

This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and performing minor repairs on escalators in the designated area. The successful candidate will participate in callouts and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness.

To qualify for this position, we expect applicants to possess:

  • NVQ3 qualification in escalators
  • A valid driving license (a KONE van will be provided)
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Experience working with escalators
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
