About the Role:
  • Working with young adults who display challenging behaviors, helping them navigate their difficulties and prevent reoffending.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of tailored intervention plans, aiming to reduce risky behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
  • Engaging with youth offenders on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, building trust and guiding them through rehabilitation programs.
  • Assisting in the development of skills that promote social integration, responsibility, and a positive lifestyle.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers, probation officers, and educators, to deliver effective support to young offenders.
