About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in working with young offenders, building rapport with vulnerable individuals, and supporting them in overcoming the challenges they face. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored intervention plans, aiming to reduce risky behaviors and promote positive outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of tailored intervention plans.
  • Engaging with youth offenders on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
  • Building trust with vulnerable individuals.

Requirements:
This role requires a criminology graduate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with vulnerable individuals. You will need to be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have a strong understanding of the challenges they face.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
