Job Description:
As a key member of The Portfolio Group, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the UK's longest leading professional service providers for HR, Tax, Health and Safety and Reward. This exciting role involves representing clients in Employment Tribunals, overseeing the day-to-day management of a field-based team, and ensuring high standards of service provision to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of Employment Tribunal cases, including conducting preliminary and full merits hearings.
2. Provide leadership and support to colleagues and peers, building a cohesive and motivated team.
3. Carry out performance management, identifying training needs and putting measures in place to ensure Consultants meet quality and performance standards.
4. Deal with client or personnel issues, including investigations and complaints resolution.
5. Assist and support the Associate Director of Legal as required.

The ideal candidate will have relevant practical experience in employment law, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A 'can-do' attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and flexibility are also essential for success in this role. With an estimated salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
